The Team

Geoff Block has over the years created a business model that relies upon clarity, transparency, commitment, and surpassing client expectations at every opportunity. The team is comprised of highly skilled mechanical engineers and specialised technicians all of whom have served their time perfecting and homing their skills.

Our senior Management Team are our most senior staff members, they oversee the day-to-day running of our organisation and advise the board. The Board members play a very active role within the business and as a consequence, they keep close to their team in all departments and have a lead from the front methodology and as a consequence, Block Automotive is a globally recognised supplier of vocational equipment that, despite its global success, still looks to maintain a family presence within the workplace.

We take our duties very seriously as the Senior Management Team and always look to ensure that our staff our provide support and opportunities to advance, where appropriate with special attention given to the emotional and physical well-being in the workplace.

Over the 40 years Geoff has been involved in the automotive training industry, not only has he founded a market leading Vocational equipment manufacturing business that has circulated in excess of 12,000 units worldwide but has also gained a Global reputation for excellence, cutting edge solutions to specialist training equipment.
