Block Automotive Limited (hereafter referred to as ‘BAL’) has provided quality products and services to the Vocational Automotive training industry for over 40 years. We are regarded as the world leader in producing bespoke training equipment that is synonymous with quality, durability, adaptability, and reliability which has insured our position as the world’s leading producer of this specialised type of equipment.

With over 40 years of manufacturing experience, BAL is without question the market leader in innovation and design providing automotive, HGV and agricultural vocational training equipment. We actively supply our equipment to 6 continents using a range of vehicle brands and original components

Our vocational trainers are fully CE certified, and equipment comes with a 2-year warranty as standard, but we can extend this up to 5 years for an additional fee covering many of our systems including, but not limited to hydraulics, electric/hybrid vehicles and EURO 6, (SER/ADD BLUE) technologies. We can also design and manufacture bespoke rigs and training systems supplied to clients’ specifications.

We strive to invest in our staff helping them develop with additional courses and support all focused to give focus to personal development in all disciplines. The resulting effect is a very happy Team seeing the longest staff member working with BAL for some 40 years, which goes a long way to showcasing the close relationship between all departments.

From design, manufacture and produce through to ensuring that the customer has an enjoyable experience from the initial meeting, through to delivery and training.

Listening to our customers is super important, we have devised a customer delivery process that embraces the level of care and attention to detail, that they have come to expect from BAL and having set the bar high, they expect no less from any other working relationship.

Mindful of this, the team are always looking at ways of improving, as will we never improve and evolve if we sit still. All aspects from staff training to client meetings are all well planned and detailed to ensure that the process is both enjoyable and fulfilling.

Through every aspect of the process right to delivery our ongoing support which is provided by our technical team is brilliant, either via email, telephone, ZOOM/TEAMS and once again face to face, they are here to help and support.
