Oscar joined the business last year having spent all his free time at the business working side by side the TEAM and his father and older brother Sherard. Block Automotive Limited has a strong family ethos which is extended to the TEAM which makes for a very strong and united work force dedicated to producing excellence in all areas. Oscar has assumed the role of Sales Director managing the bespoke CRM system which runs, reports, and manages the whole sales activities for the Group.
Recently Oscar has been working on perfecting a fully integrated PM (Project Management System) for Block Automotive, this may sound an easy process, but it has indeed quite a project given the huge diversity of products, process working alongside Health and Safety, method statements and risk assessments leading to the eventual quality control and then delivery to our clients.
Presently, Oscar has enroled on a degree course in Economics which he manages alongside in duties in his current role within the company.
Outside of Block Automotive, Oscar is a keen rugby player, playing for the firsts at his local rugby club and is keen gym member of his local fitness centre.
