Sherard has been involved with the automotive training industry for over a decade now, covering a wide range of areas within the Block automotive business. As Operation Director he is currently working on the expansion of our operations within our factory based here at Kessingland, Suffolk.
Sherard is a keen rugby player, playing his local first team, as such his is a statistical player who believes of strategy, careful planning, and precise execution of the overall plan of action. It must be said, Sherard really loves what he does, this is clearly evident through his pursuit, he has a very hands approach to the day-to-day business, working closely with all aspects of the business, never afraid to roll up his sleeves and get stuck in.
He loves to get involved in new product development, design, and fabrication as he takes great interest on how these inspire and teach students and help them evolve into Mechanical Engineers of the future. His current project that he is working on is the first hydrogen fuel cell training rig.
