Fully operational Electric Vehicle Trainer (EV).

Based upon a Nissan Leaf circa 2009-2015.

Demonstrating the operation of the EV system along with regeneration when braking or deceleration.

Enhanced training experience with, greater accessibility than the original vehicle.
HV Battery with cover removed for illustration only. Battery is securely covered upon delivery.

Tooling

Included within the purchase price of the Hybrid trainer

A red tool kit with tools and a red case.

1. Set of HV-rated PPE including fully insulated electrical safety gloves with cotton under liners.

2. VDE/TUV/GS-approved insulated tools for working with HV Systems.

3. Cat III TUV/GS approved multi-tester rated 6-1000v

Additional equipment recommended for use with Hybrid trainer to be supplied by College.

Two red and white poles with a warning sign.

A) Plastic chains and safety posts to make obvious barriers around Hybrid/EV Trainer when working within HV System.

B) High Voltage danger sign/no admittance to be displayed.

C) Insulated rescue pole to be present.

These items should be in place if the college has Hybrid/EV vehicles in place.
